Customers are required to shoulder shipping fees required to ship out purchases to their intended delivery address. Shipping fees will be reflected in their total bill before check out.
Customers are responsible to wait and receive deliveries of their orders from couriers. In cases of failed delivery, customer will pay for necessary shipping charges to reship the items.

Upon receipt of goods, customers should inspect the physical condition of the item and packaging. For battery-operated toys, it would be better if customers will be able to test it. Problems regarding goods received should be coordinated with our office via email at info@raion.com.ph or call (02)310-9666 with 24 hours.
Payments must be settled within 3 business days upon receipt of confirmation of goods availability email. Payments not made within the said period will make the purchase transaction void.
Items bought in this site can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of said items. The approval to grant the exchange of items will be at Raion’s discretion, after the physical inspection of the goods. In cases where shipping is required to send the exchanged good to the customer, the customer needs to should additional shipping charges.
Items to be exchanged must be in good working condition, their boxes/ packaging in pristine condition and should show no signs of being dirty or used.
For items to be exchanged, customers should shoulder the return shipping fee or can be handcarried to our office.

Customers who meet the required quantity for wholesale purchase of items will be allowed to pay the wholesale unit price if available.
Members of the site will be able to avail of online discounts when available. The member discount will be applicable to the total amount of toys purchased and will exclude shipping rates.
Promo codes will enable the customers to avail of certain discounts upon checkout. These shall only be used during the period specified. Promo codes are discounts applied on the total amount of toys purchased and not on the shipping rate.
Time specified for delivery are just estimates given by the courier. They may change depending on certain factors such as road closures, typhoons, holidays, etc.
Without prejudice to criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8484, Raion Internationa Corporation in relation to its website and online selling activities, has the sole right to cancel and or reject a confirmed online order if Raion finds any valid reason to believe that a paid online transaction has been purchased by fraudulent credit card.
