RAION INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, a Philippine corporation established in 2003, is engaged in the retail distribution of  imported toys.  The company used to hold licenses for Warner Bros. Justice League of America and The Batman from 2004-2006; Cartoon Network’s The Powerpuff Girls from 2006-2010; and Marvel’s The Spiderman Classic and X-Men Classic from 2004-2006.  Currently, it distributes toys under its in-house brands of Daisy, which carries a broad range of toys for girls, and Spence, which carries a wide range of toys for boys.  The company has successfully trademarked the two brands with the Intellectual Property of the Philippines since 2008.   Raion distributes its toys in all the major department stores throughout the country via concession agreements and outright purchases.
